Every krewe needs a flag for the float, the boat and the clubhouse, and every year someone needs it in ten days. We have sewn krewe flags, ship's colors, burgees and float banners for Gasparilla organizations for decades. Send the crest, tell us the size, and we will get it in the queue. Rush is sometimes possible if you call before the week of the parade.
- Appliquéd krewe flags and ship's colors in outdoor nylon
- Printed float banners and street-pole banners for the parade route
- Burgees and private signals for the flotilla
- Pirate flags in stock: Jolly Roger, Calico Jack and friends, in several sizes
- Feather flags and banners for parade-day businesses on Bayshore and in Ybor
Wear the invasion
Bead Pirate shirts, polos, hoodies, trucker hats, beanies, canvas shoes and stickers, Gasparilla Shield shirts and polos, Pelican and Flamingo pirate shirts, and City of Tampa and 813 gear, all in the online store and at the shop.
The shop that flew them first
Head's Flags started in Ybor City in 1984, a few blocks from where the Gasparilla parade turns up 7th Avenue. FOX 13 has filmed pirate-flag mornings at the shop more than once. When the Jose Gasparilla sails into the bay, a lot of what is flying came off our sewing tables.
